Gain Instant LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides strategic advisory and infrastructure services, which may include immersive experiences, extended-reality environments, and selective social media management, including but not limited to GI Foundation, GI Advisory, GI Concierge+, GI XR (Extended Reality), and GI Off-Grid.


Due to the nature of these services, all fees are final and non-refundable once services have commenced, unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing prior to purchase.


For clarity, any reference to “cancel or pause anytime” refers solely to the ability to stop future billing cycles. It does not entitle Client to refunds, prorated reimbursements, or recovery of fees already paid for an active billing period.

1. No Refund Policy

All purchases are final. By enrolling in or purchasing services, you acknowledge and agree that:


• Fees are earned upon commencement of services.

• No refunds will be issued for advisory sessions, infrastructure development, strategic planning, GI XR projects, GI Off-Grid participation, social media management services, vendor coordination, or related services.

• Partial participation, early termination, scheduling conflicts, client non-engagement, or change of circumstances do not qualify for refunds.

2. Commitment to Payment

Clients remain responsible for the full payment obligations outlined in their engagement agreement.


Failure to complete payment does not relieve financial responsibility. Client-initiated chargebacks or payment reversals constitute a material breach of the Terms of Service and may result in:


• Immediate suspension or termination of services

• Collections action

• Legal enforcement


Client agrees to reimburse Gain Instant LLC for reasonable collection costs, administrative fees, and legal expenses incurred in recovering unpaid balances.

3. Misconduct, Compliance & Prohibited Use

Clients are required to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party platform policies in connection with their business activities.


Services including advisory, infrastructure, immersive, experiential, and selective social media management, may not be used for deceptive practices, misrepresentation, unlawful activity, regulatory violations, or conduct that, as reasonably determined by Gain Instant LLC in its sole discretion, creates legal or reputational risk.


If services are suspended or terminated due to client misconduct, breach of the Terms of Service, legal non-compliance, regulatory violations, or platform policy violations, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.


Termination for misconduct does not relieve the client of outstanding payment obligations.

4. No Guarantee of Outcomes

Gain Instant LLC does not guarantee specific financial, business, personal, strategic, engagement, platform, or experiential outcomes.


All services are effort-based and dependent on external variables beyond Company control.

5. Governing Terms

This Refund Policy is governed by and incorporated into the Gain Instant LLC Terms of Service.


In the event of any conflict between this Refund Policy and the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service control.
